• New clients must arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before class or you may be asked to reschedule. Your coach will show you around the studio and introduce you to the machine.

    There is a lot to show you, we ask this for your safety.

    1. Mandatory Grip Socks: All participants must wear grip socks during class for safety and hygiene purposes. You can purchase grip socks at our studio or bring your own. Bare feet or shoes are not permitted on machines.

    2. Water: Make sure you stay hydrated before, during and after class. Bottled water is available for purchase and we also have a water station for you to fill up your water bottle.

    3. Towel: Not mandatory, but strongly recommended!

    4. Attire: Wear something you’re comfortable bending over in.

  • Street parking is available directly in front of our studio or in the nearby neighborhood. Please check the street signs to confirm there are no street cleaning restrictions. As an alternative, 16th Street offers additional parking options outside of rush hour periods, where spaces frequently become available.

  • If you add yourself to a waitlist, you can be automatically added to the class up to 1 hour before class. If you are added to class, our normal cancellation policies will apply. If you add yourself to 4 waitlists and get into all 4 without properly canceling, you will be charged for all 4 spots. Please use the waitlist responsibly with our cancellation policy in mind.

  • Please do your best to arrive on time!

    If a client does not arrive at the start of the scheduled class time, that client forfeits their reservation and spot in class. If the class is full and standby/waitlist clients are waiting to drop-in, your spot may be given at the start of class if you are not physically present. Our doors may lock shortly after the start of class to protect personal belongings and minimize class interruptions.

  • Given the limited availability of spaces, you are encouraged to modify or cancel your class reservation, including waitlist positions, at least 10 hours before the schedule class start time.

    **Cancellation/No Show Policy:**

    Method Room operates on a strict 10 hour cancellation policy. Our classes are small in size and it impacts other clients and instructors if you late cancel or no show. If you cancel or alter your reservation within 10 hours of the class start time, it will be marked as a late cancellation. This also applies to waitlisted clients who are automatically added to a class up to 1 hour before it starts. To avoid losing your class credit or incurring additional charges, ensure your cancellation is made at least 10 hours before your class begins (for example, by 8 PM for a 6 AM class the following day).

    For Class Packs or Sessions: A late cancellation or no-show will result in the loss of your session credit.

    For Unlimited Plans: A late cancellation incurs a $30 and a no-show incurs a $35 fee.

    Cancellations must be processed through your Walla account, accessible via the Walla App or our website. We do not accept cancellations made through social media, text message, or email. Timely cancellations, made before the 10-hour window, will not be penalized, and your class credit will be returned to your account.

    Clients not present at the class start time will be considered no-shows, forfeiting their reservation and spot.

  • To make any changes to your membership, including pauses, upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations, please email info@themethodroom.com. We require a 15-day notice before your billing date to process these changes. Failure to timely cancel will result in auto-renewal.

    For cancellations requested before the completion of your commitment term, a 30-day notice is required prior to your next billing date, along with an early termination fee equal to one month of your membership rate. All other cancellations must be submitted at least 15 days prior to your auto-renewal date to avoid renewal.

    If you are on a Committed Membership and wish to upgrade or downgrade, your commitment term will reset as of the transfer date. Membership changes can be requested by contacting our Client Experience team at info@themethodroom.com.
